The Andrew Tate Diet

Andrew Tate is famous for his crazy diet plans. When he first started kickboxing he was eating rice and kidney beans, as this was all he could afford to eat.

Of course, today Andrew is worth hundreds of millions of dollars, and he can afford to eat whatever he wants.

So what does Andrew Tate’s diet actually look like?

Andrew Tate eats one large meal at the end of the day. He recently started following the carnivore diet, so he mostly eats red meat. Andrew sometimes eats 1-2 pounds of the most expensive cut of beef he can find, and nothing else!

Here is what Andrew Tate’s daily diet actually looks like. Check it out:

The Andrew Tate Carnivore Diet

Meal 1 (Dinner)

  • Steak (expensive cuts), 16-32 ounces
  • Whatever else he wants!

Andrew Tate says that he feels much better sense transitioning to the carnivore diet.

One of his old fighting friends tried the carnivore diet and loved it, so he decided to try it as well. After just one week Andrew was hooked… he had so much energy during the day he couldn’t believe it!

Of course, Andrew doesn’t follow a strict carnivore diet 100% of the time. He sometimes orders other food to go with his steak at the end of the day. However, Andrew says about 85% of his daily calories come from steak.

The rest of his calories can be anything he wants!

This is an insane way to eat – after all, he eats one meal per day with up to 2 pounds of steak in one sitting! However, Andrew says this is the best way to eat when your goal is to optimize your health and energy levels.

Andrew Tate Diet Tips

Andrew Tate knows that it can be hard getting six-pack abs… but only if you are not the Top G!

Because he is such a nice guy, Andrew put together this list of helpful tips to help the peasants finally get in shape like him.

Tip #1: Never Eat Breakfast!

Andrew Tate says that eating breakfast is the WORST mistake that a man can make! It slows you down and crushes your energy levels.

Instead, Andrew Tate uses a modified form of intermittent fasting where he doesn’t eat until dinner.

“I think that breakfast is the worst thing that ever happened to humanity.”

This is a very controversial idea. After all, many people feel sluggish if they do not eat something first thing in the morning.

However, according to Andrew only losers eat breakfast! If you want to be a G, then you have to skip breakfast at all costs!

Tip #2: Coffee Is Your Best Friend!

Andrew Tate says that coffee is a miracle drug.

He drinks up to 10-15 cups of coffee per day to optimize his energy levels and productivity during the day.

“I drink at least 8 cups of coffee per day. I think coffee is one of the greatest things that has ever happened to the human race!”

Andrew Tate’s brother likes coffee so much that he once took 10 servings of coffee in a concentrated format all at once as his pre-workout drink! Check it out:

Of course, I do not recommend that you copy what Tristan Tate did in this video. He nearly had a heart attack!

However, the verdict is clear: if you want to compete with Top G, then make coffee your new best friend!

Tip #3: Carnivore Diet For The Top G!

Andrew Tate says trying the carnivore diet is one of the best decisions he has ever made. He thinks too many people focus on “peasant foods” like rice and potatoes.

Instead, you should focus on the food of kings: steak!

“I started eating the carnivore diet a little while ago, and I’ve never felt this good! 85% of my daily calories come from red meat.

What kind of red meat? It doesn’t matter… just give me the most expensive cut you’ve got!”

Is the carnivore diet for everyone? Probably not.

However, Andrew says it is the best diet that he has ever tried. If you want a physique like his, then giving the carnivore diet a shot is a reasonable idea!

Tip #4: Limit Your Carbs!

Andrew Tate say that carbs slow you down – especially sugar. He thinks modern food companies put sugar in everything to slow you down, and to make you fat and weak.

If you want to be jacked like the Top G, then make sure you limit your carbs!

“If you cut sugar off your diet and eat everything else, you’re going to be fine.”

Of course, Andrew Tate ate plenty of carbs when he was winning kickboxing world titles.

Perhaps his metabolism has changed, and he doesn’t handle carbs as well as he used to?

Tip #5: Build A Base, And Maintain It!

Andrew Tate says that staying in shape is much easier than getting in shape when you are overweight.

If you want to have six pack abs, then the first thing you need to do is train hard and eat right so you don’t get overweight in the first place!

“You build a base and as long as you’re not an idiot, you can’t lose it”.

Andrew Tate says that he built a base from all of those years training as a professional kickboxer.

Today, it is very easy for him to maintain his current conditioning level.

Tip #6: Meal Prep Is For Dorks!

Andrew Tate thinks that meal prep is one of the stupidest ideas ever invented! Here is the Top G giving his thoughts on people who meal prep with foods like broccoli.

“You know what I’m not doing? Cutting up broccoli and putting it into little boxes. Weak!”

Enough said!

Tip #7: You Still Need To Train!

Andrew Tate knows that you need more than a brilliant diet (like fasting all day with coffee, and then binging on steak!) to have six pack abs.

To stay in fighting shape, he trains for 30-60 minutes per day. Sometimes he gets up in the morning and trains, while other time she does 1,000 push ups spread throughout the day.

However, he makes sure he trains so he can be a little more flexible with his diet.

The Andrew Tate Workout Routine

Andrew Tate knows that you need more than just a great workout routine to stay jacked with six-pack abs. You also need a great training program!

So what does the Andrew Tate workout routine actually look like?

Andrew Tate says that he almost never lifts weights. Instead, he focuses on push ups and fighting to maintain his incredible physique.

“I don’t train in the gym too often. I do 500-1,000 push ups a day. Whenever I’m on the computer, I set myself a little target.

So I’m on the computer, every few minutes I’ll drop and do as many push ups as I can.

It’s hard to believe that Andrew Tate does nothing but push ups to maintain his incredible physique. After all, I can’t think of anyone else who was able to pull this off! However, Andrew Tate swears that push ups are his #1 exercise for getting jacked.

Of course, if he is meeting up with a fitness influencer like Mike Thurston then he is more than happy to get a bench press workout in. Check it out:

The Andrew Tate Bench Press Workout

  • Exercise #1: Bench press, 3 sets of 6-8 reps
  • Exercise #2: Pull ups (wide grip), 3 sets of 6-8 reps
  • Exercise #3: V-bar dips, 3 sets of 6-8 reps

Andrew Tate almost never lifts weights. However, when he trained with Mike Thurston he was able to lift 275 pounds on the bench press for reps!

That is an incredible accomplishment for someone who just focuses on push ups.

“I’m a 4x kickboxing world champion.

I used to do push ups, shadow boxing with 4-5 kilos, running with 4-5 kilos, and burpees with weighted vests.

But I never lifted weights ever. Just lots of punching people in the head!”

So what does Andrew Tate’s secret push up workout actually look like?

The truth is, he just performs 1,000 push ups during the day in between working. If he needs a mental break, he will drop down and bust out 50-100 push ups before getting back to work.

These push ups add up, and by the end of the day he normally performs 500 – 1,000 total push ups!

The Andrew Tate Push Up Workout

  • Exercise #1: Push ups, 1,000 total reps

Again, this is a crazy way to workout.

However, Andrew Tate swears that push ups are all you need (in addition to his intermittent fasting carnivore diet!) to stay in perfect shape year-round!
